  • Orders placed before 3pm (Brisbane time) on business days are typically dispatched the same day

  • Delivery timeframes (approximate):

    • Queensland: 2–4 business days (Express)

    • NSW & VIC: 4–6 business days

    • WA: 6–10 business days

Standard shipping may take longer.

7. Order Cancellations
