OUR RETURNS POLICY:
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON GOWNS
Gowns ordered directly from the Warehouse and can't be sent back to the warehouse.
We don’t offer credits on change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour ordered, or on evening gowns from the warehouse
All full-priced floor stock items (Excluding Gowns ordered directly from the warehouse) can be returned for a EXCHANGE OR CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your parcel/purchase. We can exchange size if available, or a credit will be issued to you for purchase at another time, you will have 6 months to use your credit.
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.
Cost of the Shipping will be deducted from CREDIT
Gowns, lingerie or other items not carried in store that need to be Special Ordered in, incur a 50% non refundable deposit.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please contact the store before returning items to confirm that you are eligible for a Store Credit.
All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
The items must:
- be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
- For hygienic reasons lingerie, hosiery or earrings cannot be returned.
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Runway 7 Boutique reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.
Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing.
We will process your CREDIT or EXCHANGE and contact you by email within 4 business days of receiving the item.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event an item is faulty we will return it to the designer for further inspection and if approved, arrange an exchange if your size is sold out (only when the designer has approved the fault). If not able to supply a replacement, or repair the item, ONLY then we will issue a refund.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will not refund, replace or exchange faulty items if reported 2wks after receiving your goods, please check your order as soon as received.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
Please note – free return delivery is not available for our international customers.
