Do I need to make an appointment?

At Runway 7, we believe every client deserves our undivided attention when selecting the perfect formal gown. For this reason, appointments are always preferred. If you choose to visit us without an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you on the day or arrange a suitable time for you to return, ensuring you receive the personalised service you deserve.

 

Are appointments free?

Appointments incur a fee of $30 for a Standard fitting or $40 for a Premium fitting, payable at the time of booking online.

Should you say “YES” to your dream gown during your appointment, the appointment fee will be fully redeemable and credited towards your purchase.

 

What happens if I cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes life happens! To receive a full refund, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the booking fee.

 

How long are appointments?

STANDARD fittings are 1 hour long, PREMIUM fittings are 90 minutes

 

What do I need to do for my fitting?

To prepare for your fitting please come freshly showered, with no make-up, perfume or spray tan. Make sure to bring along a hair band to put your hair up, and please remove any claw jewelry.
