Delivery time and additional fees for Rush Orders:
- STANDARD re-cut orders can take up to 14 weeks for delivery
- Rush order (with a $50 surcharge) can take up to 8 weeks delivery
- 6 weeks with a $80 surcharge,
- 4 weeks Rush order needs confirming with Tina Holly wholesaler.
